Shipments to Italy are made via BRT courier for free

Shipments to Europe are made via UPS courier.

SHIPPING TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Delivery in Italy: expected within 24/48 working hours from shipment.

Delivery in Europe: expected within 4-5 days from shipment.

As required by international trade regulations, all TDS® shipments are shipped from Italy with an official invoice that declares the exact value in Euros of the items shipped.

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details of your purchase, including an order number similar to this one (#0000) that could be useful to request information regarding the status of your order.

We will be happy to update you with tracking information and tracking code via an email that we will send to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Although we always deliver within the indicated times, we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or approval of failed payment.

All buyers are informed that orders may occasionally receive delays caused by the poor and inconsistent availability of shoes due to the increase in the cost of raw materials at an international level.
