CUSTOM PRODUCT RETURNS:

RETURN POLICY

As a manufacturer of custom products, we do not accept returns. All our products are custom made by agreement with the customer and, therefore, we cannot accept returns or refunds.

We are committed to providing high quality products and satisfying the needs of our customers. Before proceeding with the order, please ensure that you have selected the correct options and provided the necessary information for the production of the product. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via email at hello@twinsdesignstudio.it before placing your order.

If you have any problems with the product, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product if we believe that it has been damaged or misused. We also reserve the right to refuse the return of any product if we believe that the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete information for the production of the product.

Given the nature of custom items and the “Custom” factor, we cannot accept their return or size exchange under any circumstances. We therefore recommend that you pay close attention to the choice of size and model, with the advice of checking your size of another pair of Nike, Vans, Adidas etc. shoes that you own, as they are original shoes and will have the same fit.

It is not possible to cancel an order just placed, as once it has been processed it is immediately passed into the hands of our Team of Qualified Artisans who take care of the production. Pay close attention to the choice of size and model.

However, the return is applicable in only one circumstance.

If the product is different from the description or faulty, TDS will undertake to provide a refund as quickly as possible.

The refund method is as follows:

The customer must undertake to re-pack the package by sealing it in an envelope/box/package as similar as possible to the one received and then contact the email Hello@twinsdesignstudio.it to receive information and forms necessary for shipping the returned item.

Furthermore, the item must not show any signs of wear or use, it must therefore be as it was when it left our Laboratory.
